The staff, especially the receptionists, were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

Besides, it was just a few steps away from the river, which was a lovely bonus. The staff was very courteous and always ready to help. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. it was a great experience!
